Dosage and method of use
Bread (2 rolls):
Ingredients: 500 g of Taranis Mix Farina for bread and pastry, 10 g of salt, 40 ml of oil, 8 g of yeast (supplied in the package), 600 ml of warm water.
Preparation: in a large bowl (by hand or with the use of a whisk) mix the Taranis Mix Farina , salt, oil, yeast and water, until a fluid and homogeneous mixture is obtained. Mix well for 20 minutes. Pour the mixture into 2 oiled molds. Leave to rise for 30-45 minutes in a warm place (about 30 °) until the mixture, rising, reaches the edge of the container. Bake in a pre-heated oven for 50 minutes at 200 ° C. Placing a small pan full of water in the oven will improve the baking of the bread. Once cooked, do not leave the bread in the oven.
Cake dough (4 servings):
Ingredients: 150 g of Flour Mix for bread and pastry, 1.5 g of salt, 20 ml of oil, 100 ml of warm water, 15 g of sugar.
Preparation: work the mix, sugar and oil by hand until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Dissolve the salt in the water and add to the dough. Knead well until the dough is soft and easy to work, add a little water if necessary. Flour the work surface with Taranis Mix Farina and roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Put the dough in a previously oiled mold and pierce it with a fork. Garnish. For cooking: pre-heat the oven to 200 ° C for 5 minutes and bake for 20-25 minutes.
