Dosage and method of use
Put 1 liter of water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add a teaspoon of salt (if allowed by your doctor) and a portion of pasta (80-100g).
Cook for the time indicated, stirring occasionally.
Drain the pasta and season to taste.
Cooking times vary according to the different formats and individual preferences:
Stelline: 7-9 minutes
