Maltodextrin and Xanthan gum powder for thickening food and gelling water; easily soluble in food and drinks.
Recommended for hydrating and reeducating those with swallowing disorders. Gluten-free. Lactose-free.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Add water to the measured amount of powder, so the water becomes thick.
Stir a few seconds until a complete solution and leave for 1-2 minutes.
For the desired consistency, the amount of added powder to 100 ml of liquid should be:
– syrup consistency: ~1,5 (one coffee spoon)
– creamy consistency: ~3g
– pudding consistency: ~4,5 g
